We are currently seeking a Client Experience Officer.
We currently have a position available for a super reliable, efficient and friendly person to join our rapidly growing occupational therapy practice in Belmont NSW.
Our Client Experience Officer will play a huge role in the successful running of our clinic. They will undertake reception and admin responsibilities, with the main focus of their role being to provide amazing experiences and care for our clients and their families. Our vision is to support all children and their families to be able to live their best lives and achieve their dreams. Commitment and passion to support our families and clients is imperative and our therapy team will rely on you, to ensure we are able to achieve our vision.
To attain a position on our administrative team you must:
– be keen to learn
– have great computer skills
– show initiative
– be excellent at multi-tasking
– be able to work under pressure
– be a fantastic communicator
– work well as part of a team
– relate well to children and families
This role will begin on Monday 29th July and will start casually for 12/18 hours per week and together we will grow the role in to a part time or full time role – reflective of the Client Experience Officer’s skills and the practice requirements. On the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.
